[There is a colloquialism he uses to describe Satan's hatred of the Holy Trinity and God's Divine life of Absolute Sanctity and His Mercy towards men. It should not be misunderstood. What he is describing is Satan's jealousy of God and men. It is God who does not and never will forgive Satan nor grant the Devil reprieve. Satan and his Antichrist and the False Prophet are going to spend eternity in hell with all the damned, both men and fallen spirits, by God's just judgment and unimpeachable sentence and utterly unmatched power.]
